Who we are

Our mission is to bring joy and wonder to an often mundane world. For a brief window of time, we transport guests into a magical place with magical characters where all our troubles melt away. 

 

Founder Cassidy Haley, with a background in fashion and circus arts, has created a world of captivating characters and avant-garde costumes that complement his love of story and show, bringing a fantastical experience to any event, production, or wardrobe.

We have built a vast network of talent to draw from, bringing together amazing and charismatic Stilt walkers, Jugglers, and Showgirls (and guys) alongside Clowns, Roller Girls, Cyr Wheel Artists, Drag Queens, and more across a broad community of NYC performers. 

The result is a riveting presentation of broadway level talent and costumes presented in a natural party environment where guests can interact and engage casually while also being drawn in by the beauty and novelty of the experience. 

How we work

PROPOSAL PHASE

Based on theme, budget, and scope of event, as distinguished on a phone call with our team, we craft a personalized proposal with a visual narrative of your offering, such as costume sketches, reference images, and suggestions of talent. We confirm details such as location, total cost, length of sets (time spent on the floor with your guests) and breaks. Our pricing is based on scope of project, paying our talent and team fairly, complexity of costume and travel from NYC.

PRODUCTION PHASE

Once everything is confirmed, we take a 50% deposit with a signed contract to secure the date and begin the production phase.

 

During this phase, we will confirm our talent (we have a wide variety of performers and models on our roster ) and curate and create the costuming, as laid out in our proposal. 

DATE(S) OF EVENT

On the day of the event, we will arrive about 1-2 hours ahead of “showtime” with our team of talent, assistants, and an onsite producer ( the main interface for the event planner or host).

Unless otherwise agreed upon, we take the balance upon arrival with digital payment such as Zelle. we will need a secure “green room” where we will get ready and leave belongings throughout the event. 1-3 Sets of 30 mins is standard but flexible.

Our talent is quite adept at navigating a variety of interactive and performative activities including greeting guests at the beginning of an event, mingling and taking photos with guests, and bringing focus to a specific moment or the dance floor when its time to paaarty.

POST-EVENT

You will be on top of the world! Satisfied with our professionalism and execution of our offering, you will be dying to share how great we are on various review sites (which we will send you of course haha) and you will already be thinking about the next one!
