Our focus is on high-end events and productions such as weddings, corporate parties, social engagements, birthdays, and festivals, where our top-notch talent can be immersed perfectly.
We love big, bold, colorful shapes and cohesive, stylized looks, and bringing together a symphony of Stilt Walkers, Jugglers, Showgirls, and more for glorious (and professional) mayhem!
Founder Cassidy Haley, with a background in fashion and circus arts, has created a world of captivating characters and avant-garde costumes that complement his love of story and show, bringing a fantastical experience to any event, production, or wardrobe.
The result is a riveting presentation of broadway level talent and costumes presented in a natural festive environment where guests can interact and engage casually while also being drawn in by the beauty and novelty of the experience.


Cassidy Haley -
"As a child, I would create elaborate adventures for my action figures and toys, taking them on epic quests complete with heroes, villains, love, death and triumph. This evolved into comic book illustration, which led to making costumes and then performing as I continued to tell stories using every medium available.
After years of exploring a myriad of projects in music, performance, costume design and fashion, my craft finally coalesced into Cassidy Haley Productions in 2023. Now I get to create worlds of fantastical characters in beautiful costumes that inspire joy and celebration at every event!

Process
1} Proposal Phase
Our process starts with a phase of discovery where we come to better understand your overall vision, specific ideas and logistics of event which we use to create a proposal composed of a breakdown of services and pricing alongside concept art and reference images. From there we adjust as needed and confirm a final offering for your event specifying type of act (stilts, jugglers, dancers, etc), costumes and activation schedule.
2} Production Phase
Once everything is finalized, we take a 50% deposit (unless otherwise agreed upon) with a contract and invoice to secure the date with our talent and cover initial fabrication costs. Then we confirm our team, construct any costume elements needed and lay out a run of show. Ahead of the event we maintain contact; sending updates on progress and making ourselves available for questions a logistics.
3} Day of Event
On the day of the event, we will arrive 1-2 hours ahead of showtime. Our Standard is 1-2 sets of 20-30 minutes over the course of the event or up to 3 hours with breaks in between. We find that less can be more to preserve the novelty of the experience.
