Cassidy Haley Productions delivers Premiere Immersive Entertainment Packages featuring outstanding specialty talent, captivating character costumes and visionary creative direction - as both Ambient Productions for more casual party presentations and Stage Productions for captivating, narrative-driven immersive theater.
We partner with institutions, municipalities, corporations, foundations and festival attractions to bring the story of their events to life with spectacular moments of magic.
Our pricing is based in NYC with productions running within a 3 hour window of multiple 20-30 minute performance sets. Additional travel calculated by distance and scope of production. We regularly deliver productions throughout the Tristate area and nationwide; destination events are welcome. A 50% deposit secures the production for the requested date(s), with the remaining balance due on the day of the event, unless otherwise discussed. Payment is accepted via credit cards and ACH transfers along with additional digital payment options upon request.
